On the date _____________ (dd/mm/yyyy) the contract was agreed between ______________________________ (name), who shall from now on be referred to as the “Photographer�, with the fiscal number _____________, and the group named ARTIMAG, represented by __________________________________ ________________________________________________________________.

The Photographer and ARTIMAG agree that the Photographer will give ARTIMAG and his agents the rights of commercialisation of his/her selected images, considering the mutual interests and benefits of this arrangement.

Duration and ceasing of the contract
This contract will be automatically renewed each three years and can only be cancelled by means of a two-month previous notice, before the date of its renovation.

Obligations and guarantees of the photographer
The Photographer accepts and guarantees that:
a) He/She is the sole owner of the images and their rights.
b) He/She has the necessary authorisation so that ARTIMAG and his agents may legally distribute, publish, sale and license the images in question.
c) All images are original representations made by the Photographer
d) The Photographer will give, along with his/her images, and whenever it is necessary, a copy of the model’s authorisation or authorisation of property.

Obligations and rights of ARTIMAG
ARTIMAG is responsible to:
a) Divulge, publicise and sell, by the best way possible, the selected images through media like CD-ROMs organized by themes and systems of delivery on- line such as the ARTIMAG website created with that objective and by his agents.
b) Make graphic and informative content changes to the images, whenever necessary, in order to make it easier to sell them.
c) Pay the Photographer 40 % of the amount received by the sale of his/her images.

Other financial considerations
The payments will be made every three months by Paypal.

Legislation
The present contract and all the subjects related to it shall be ruled according to Portuguese legislation.

The parties involved here agree that this contract is between distributor and independent worker, and so it may never be seen as a contract between equal partners, businessman and worker, author and representative or any other entity.

In case of death of the Photographer, his/her heirs and successors are responsible to keep this contract and shall receive the same payment by any sales made. mesma forma o pagamento pelas respectivas vendas.
