Licensing the Use of RF Images:
The images on this website are destined for commercialization through the royalty-free license which the buyer paying a single time has the unlimited right to use the images the times that he needs without any limits or number of prints.
The buyer cannot transfer these rights to anyone else (individual or company) and may only re-sell to others associated to any other kind of material (e.g. publicity, flyers, brochures, books) and they cannot use the images separately of the initial work.
The author.s rights of the images belong to the photographer which agreed in giving up to the buyer the unlimited and no exclusive right to use the image The buyer shall make a reference to the author or supplier near the image in the following way (Name of the Author or Supplier / Artimag).
Images are available in jpeg format with different sizes and prices, to make them of sufficient quality to be printed or for electronic use, respectively. Downloading of the files will be allowed after payment.
ARTIMAG will not be held responsible by any conflict between the buyer and a third party. In case of any disagreement it shall apply the Portuguese legislation, as exclusive legal jurisdiction.
